| 12.1 | Code of combat | |
| The Military code of combat are six (6) pledges by which all members of the Armed Forces who are assigned to combat shall perform and hold their duties. Furthermore, it is expected that all members of the Armed Forces who are assigned to combat shall be thoroughly familiar with these six pledges and shall make openly these pledges prior to critical missions and battle. |

| 12.2 | The six pledges of the code of combat | |
| 1. I shall obey all orders without question |
||
| 2. I will fight with all the power and strength of body; |
||
| 3. I will fight with all the wisdom and skill of mind; |
||
| 4. I shall not hestitate to kill when called upon to kill; |
||
| 5. I shall never leave my post, even under threat of death; |
||
| 6. I will never leave a fallen comrade, nor rest until their body is returned | ||
