The objectives of Judicial
Standards |

In the context of social objectives, the objective of judicial standards are: |
|
| |
1. To ensure the fair execution of justice in all matters of civil and criminal law; and |
|
| |
2. To ensure the efficient and non-delay of court matters; and |
|
| |
3. To reduce the total cost of administering justice; and |
|
| |
4. To reduce the incidence of crime; and |
|
| |
5. To defend against any guild, society or association of men and women that seeks to interpose themselves between Sovereign members of The Society and the Living Law; and |
|
| |
6. To protect the integrity and honor of the Living Law |
|
| |
