	Article 03-Jurisdiction of the Civil Code
3.1	To whom the Civil code applies
	This Code shall apply to any guest, member of the Oceanic Union Free Society and any man, woman, person or other body who is a temporary or permament resident of the territories of Oceanic Union.
3.2	The Operation of Civil Code of Oceanic Union
	Any civil action required by law to be brought before a Judge and Court of Oceanic Union shall reference the private law standards under this Code.
	This Code shall be the one single document to which all Civil Courts defer in relation to the proper relationships of civil law and responsibility.
