Article 24- University Society Members |

| 24.1 |
University Society Member |
|
| |
A University Society Member is a valid Aggregate Civil Society Person formed through the creation of a valid National Society Trust within the bounds of the Union in accordance with Article 20 or by special recognition in accordance with this Article.
|
|
| |
A University Society Member is a type of Membership of the Society by which individual Society is recognized as having valid national qualification are granted full membership rights as University Members of the Union.
|
|
| |
Such membership types are hereby granted special status and powers as a University Member different to those of a natural person Member and other types of Membership.
|
|
| 24.2 |
Power and Rights of University Member |
|
| |
By this Charter, a Society Trust being recognized as a University Member of the Union shall be granted the following powers and rights:
|
|
| |
(i) The Right to participate in the government of the Union according to the Articles of this Charter and Associated Original Law; and
|
|
| |
(ii) The Right as a permanent member of the Union Senate to have seven (7) elected members; and
|
|
| |
(iii) The Right to be granted Capital from the Society consistent with the terms and conditions as listed within this Charter and associated Original Law; and
|
|
| |
(iv) International Recognition of Sovereign National Status, holding absolute Title of earth, land and sea within its metes and bounds, Capital and Right of Law and Government; and
|
|
| |
(v) International Recognition of Currency of the University Member as having the highest Sovereign and therefore also Fiat Status, therefore having equal and superior value to any other currency of any alternate society; and
|
|
| |
(vi) That no other Society shall be recognized as a University Member within the same metes and bounds as recognized for the original University Member.

| 24.3 |
University Society Members |
|
| |
By this Charter and the Sacred Original Law De Pronuntionis UCADIA, twenty three (23) Free Societies as Members of the Oceanic Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring it life as direct remedy to all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, East Timor, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia,Federated States of, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna. |

Existence of new University Members not listed

By this Article, the Society is further granted the power to bestow University Member to any other Society within the Metes and Bounds of the Society.
|

| 24.5 |
Legal Personality and Sovereign Status
|
|
| |
By this Charter, each University Society named and having valid existence by this Article is hereby recognized as also having legal personality, living existence and full Title as Sovereign Society within their metes and bounds as defined by this Charter and associated Original Law.
|
|
| |
Furthermore, each University Society member named shall automatically have superior claim of Title and Status against any other claim of Title, Claim, Property Rights and Status, within the Societies or from any alternate Society by right of Title and Unique Membership Number and Powers within the Metes and Bounds of the Society.
